Role Description The Sortex Plant Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring Sortex machines and related equipment to ensure efficient,



high-quality sorting of agricultural produce. This full-time, on-site role is based in Jodhpur and involves setting up machines, adjusting parameters, and inspecting output to maintain required quality standards and minimize wastage. The operator will oversee plant operations, coordinate with the quality team for sampling and testing, and perform routine checks to detect and resolve operational issues. Daily tasks include basic maintenance, cleaning, and safe handling of materials, as well as accurate record-keeping of production data and machine performance. The role may also involve assisting with loading/unloading operations, adhering to safety and hygiene protocols, and collaborating with supervisors and colleagues to meet production targets.
