Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager - MEP Lead to oversee the planning, execution, coordination, and delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.



This role requires robust technical expertise, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Lead end-to-end management of MEP activities from design review through project handover.
Develop project schedules, resource plans, budgets, and execution strategies for MEP works.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans to minimize delays and cost overruns.
MEP Design & Coordination
Review and validate MEP designs, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors to resolve design and site issues.
Ensure seamless integration of MEP systems with overall project requirements.
