Role Description This full-time, on-site Service Engineer role is based in the Pune Division and focuses on supporting ENGEL India’s machinery and systems at customer locations. The Service Engineer will perform installation, commissioning, routine maintenance, and repair of equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. The role includes diagnosing technical issues, providing in office troubleshooting, and coordinating with internal technical teams to resolve complex problems. The Service Engineer will document service activities, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records of spare parts and tools. The position also involves communicating with customers to understand their requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure a high level of service quality and safety compliance.
Qualifications
• Install, commission, and troubleshoot ENGEL injection moulding machines and automation systems.




• Deliver prompt and effective technical support to ensure maximum machine uptime.
• Diagnose and resolve machine breakdowns efficiently at customer sites.
• Support customers with spare parts identification and service-related technical guidance.
• Build strong customer relationships through regular visits and proactive after-sales support.
• Coordinate with internal teams and provide timely updates on machine status and service activities.
• Share technical feedback and recurring machine issues to support continuous product improvement.
• Assist in organizing customer plant visits, technical demonstrations, and virtual meetings.
