About the Role
We are looking for a driven International Sales Executive to build and grow IDEX Events' international business across our leading platforms; Professional Beauty, GamingCon and Aesthetic Medicine. The role will focus on bringing international exhibitors, brands, sponsors to the event while building long-term relationships across relevant global markets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop international sales opportunities across IDEX's event portfolio.
Prospect international brands, exhibitors, sponsors and industry partners.
Manage the complete sales cycle — outreach, pitching, negotiation and closure.
Build relationships with international trade bodies, associations and business networks.
Develop country/market-specific sales pipelines and drive revenue against targets.
Maintain CRM pipelines and consistently track leads,



conversions and revenue.
Represent IDEX at international exhibitions and trade shows when required.
What We're Looking For
1–4 years of experience in international sales, B2B sales, exhibitions, events or business development.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Robust prospecting, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Commercially driven and target-oriented.
Comfortable working with international clients and different time zones.
Existing international business networks will be an advantage.
