Role Description The Marketing Lead will oversee and execute marketing initiatives to grow AR GLOBAL HUB’s presence and attract prospective students interested in international education. This full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, planning campaigns across digital and offline channels, and coordinating promotional activities with internal teams. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing trends,



optimizing lead generation and conversion, and collaborating with sales and counseling teams to align messaging with student needs. The Marketing Lead will also manage brand positioning, develop marketing materials, monitor performance metrics, and ensure consistent communication across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and partners.
Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends and design targeted campaigns.
Candidates should possess Sales and marketing execution skills to drive lead generation and conversions.
