Role Description The Operations Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Guwahati. The Operations Executive will oversee day-to-day service delivery, including scheduling, coordinating field teams, monitoring job status, and ensuring services are completed on time and to quality standards. This role will track operational metrics,



identify bottlenecks, and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. The Operations Executive will collaborate with customer support, vendor partners, and management to resolve issues, manage escalations, and maintain service-level agreements. Additional responsibilities include maintaining operational documentation, supporting onboarding and training of service professionals, and assisting with local expansion initiatives as needed.
