Role Description The Executive Chef is a full time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for leading the kitchen operations within an AMpay-enabled restaurant environment. This role includes designing and updating menus, overseeing food preparation, and ensuring consistent quality and presentation for all dishes.



The Executive Chef will manage kitchen staff scheduling, training, and performance, while maintaining strict standards for hygiene, safety, and cost control. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating with front-of-house teams to support a smooth smart dining experience, monitoring inventory and supplier relationships, and implementing efficient workflows aligned with AMpay’s technology-driven model. The Executive Chef will also contribute to seasonal promotions, special events, and continuous improvement of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
Strong culinary expertise, including menu planning, recipe development, and modern cooking techniques.
Proven experience managing kitchen operations, staff supervision, and shift coordination in a high-volume restaurant.
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and compliance with local health regulations.
