We are looking for a QA Tester with 5+ years of experience in software testing to support enterprise Risk, Treasury, Capital Management, AML, and Compliance applications. The role involves test planning, test execution, defect management, data validation, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure high-quality application delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze requirements and clarify business needs with BA and Development teams.
Prepare and execute functional, UI, integration, and regression test cases.
Identify, track, and manage defects through resolution.
Perform source-to-target data validation and reconciliation.
Participate in test planning, test design, execution, and reporting.
Identify automation opportunities wherever applicable.
Review requirements and participate in project discussions.
Communicate testing risks, issues, and project status updates.
Work closely with Developers,



Business Analysts, DBAs, and end users.

Required Skills

5+ years of Software Testing experience.
Strong understanding of:
SDLC & STLC
Test Case Design & Execution
Defect Management
Functional & Regression Testing
Test Planning & Reporting
Data Validation & Reconciliation
Experience in Financial Services, Risk, Treasury, AML, or Capital Management applications preferred.
Robust communication and analytical skills.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Preferred Skills

Experience with Murex, Numerix, AML, ORMS, MCRS, or Treasury applications.
SQL for data validation.
Test Automation exposure.
