Role Description The Lead HSE role is a full-time, on-site position based in Una. The Lead HSE is responsible for implementing and overseeing health, safety,



and environmental policies and procedures across projects and operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards. Day-to-day tasks include conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections; developing and updating HSE documentation; and monitoring corrective and preventive actions. The role involves coordinating incident investigations, analyzing root causes, and preparing reports, as well as advising project teams on safe work practices and environmental protection measures. The Lead HSE also plans and delivers HSE training, promotes a robust safety culture, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve HSE performance.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Health & Safety, with experience in implementing HSE management systems and regulatory compliance.
