Role Description
Ø Design and launch new product variants in the Health & Wellness ranges that match the brand's vision and market gaps
Ø Improve existing products by reducing cost, enhancing flavor, adding functionality, refining positioning, etc




Ø Lead and execute strategic projects for the company on product innovation and launch
Ø Plan and execute marketing communication pieces based on consumer story derived from consumer research and technical
analysis
Ø Liaise with different functions (revenue, R&D;, legal, operations, manufacturing, etc.) and external agencies to ensure seamless and
Ø Timely delivery of new products
Ø Collaborate with a team of R&D; formulators to direct the development of new products and ensure high product quality standards.
Ø Find new vendors/suppliers/agencies for NPD and existing product revamps.
Ø Analyze customer feedback through surveys, product reviews, consumer research and use these insights in NPD
Ø Handle annual budget and work on cost optimization projects

Ø MBA/Masters with min 5 years of experience in product development into Nutraceutical/Wellness products, with total exp of
