Role Overview
We're looking for Customer Success Operations Interns to join our Customer Success team.
This is a 6-month paid internship designed for candidates who want to build a career in SaaS Customer Success, Technical Support, or Customer Operations.
You'll start by owning operational workflows that keep our customers successful every day, while learning our platform, customer use cases, and troubleshooting processes. High-performing interns will have the opportunity to transition into Customer Support or Customer Success Manager roles.
What You'll Do
Monitor customer broadcast campaigns and ensure smooth execution.
Support day-to-day Customer Success Operations.
Perform platform health checks and operational monitoring.
Escalate customer issues to the appropriate teams.
Assist customers with basic platform queries.
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to resolve issues.
Maintain customer records and internal documentation.
Assist with onboarding and customer enablement activities.
Handle ad hoc operational and administrative tasks as required.
Participate in rotational shifts to help maintain customer support coverage.
