Role Description The Front Desk Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Kothamangalam,



responsible for providing a welcoming and effective front office experience for guests. This role includes greeting guests on arrival, managing check-in and check-out procedures, answering inquiries in person and over the phone, and providing information about retreat programs, facilities, and local attractions. The Front Desk Associate will handle reservations, maintain guest records, process payments, and coordinate with housekeeping, spa, yoga, and restaurant teams to meet guest needs. Daily tasks also involve managing emails, maintaining a tidy reception area, supporting administrative duties, and promptly addressing guest feedback or concerns in a professional manner. The position requires consistent presence at the front desk, reliability in shift coverage, and alignment with Munkudil’s values of hospitality, mindfulness, and sustainable living.
