Customer Support Executive – CZARD

CZARD is looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team and be the first point of contact for customers. The role involves handling customer queries, order-related concerns, complaints, and after-sales support across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other customer channels.
- Manage concerns related to orders, deliveries, returns, replacements, refunds, and products.
- Provide timely and effective resolutions while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely closure.
- Handle difficult or sensitive customer situations with patience and professionalism.




- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team or senior when required.
- Follow company policies, customer service guidelines, and SOPs.
- Maintain a high standard of communication and customer satisfaction.

Experience

1–3 years preferred in Customer Support, Customer Service, or a similar role.
