Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing social media content across platforms, aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The specialist will manage social media calendars, monitor engagement, create content and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns. Daily tasks include collaborating with design and product teams, identifying trends relevant to handcrafted textiles and accessories. creating content, campaigns for whatspp , email marketing and meta ads. The role also involves supporting broader digital marketing initiatives, reporting results to stakeholders, and maintaining a consistent brand voice that reflects Hastya Kala’s values.

Qualifications/Experience





Candidates should possess min 1-2 yrs experience with Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing , including experience with major platforms and editing tools.
Candidates should possess Social Media Content Creation and Marketing skills, with the ability to develop engaging, brand-appropriate content and campaign concepts.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written communication and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Experience with visual storytelling, basic design tools (such as Capcut/Edit/Adobe/VN or similar), and an understanding of e-commerce or lifestyle brands is beneficial.
A demonstrated interest in Indian handicrafts, textiles, fashion, or art, along with the ability to adapt quickly to trends and platform updates, is preferred.
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practic
