The project:
The project involves the design and development of a fully operational data center located in Mumbai.
Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
You’ll be responsible for:
Lead the delivery and assurance of high-quality, buildable design solutions that support efficient procurement and construction.
Develop and implement project-specific quality and dimensional control strategies to achieve project objectives and key performance indicators.
Drive quality excellence by embedding assurance processes, standards and best practices across projects and teams.
Provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the right structures, capabilities and governance are in place for successful delivery.
Champion innovation,



technical excellence and continuous improvement, while supporting the development and performance of team members.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to Mace's net zero carbon ambitions through the proactive management and reduction of carbon emissions across project delivery.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor's degree in civil.
Experience in the relevant field.
