Sr. Manager / Manager / Asst. Manager – Project Implementation & Resource Mobilization

About the Role

Child Help Foundation is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented professional with strong expertise in CSR fund mobilization, project implementation, proposal development, and rural/urban development programs.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end implementation of CSR and development projects, from project planning and field execution to monitoring, impact assessment, donor reporting, and closure. The candidate will also support the Head of Projects & Resource Mobilization in developing current CSR partnerships and scaling high-impact programs.

This role requires strong project management capabilities, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, networking skills, and the ability to translate donor requirements into effective field-level implementation.





Key Responsibilities

1. CSR Fund Mobilization & Partnership Development
- Identify and engage potential CSR partners, corporates, foundations, government agencies, and institutional donors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CSR Heads, foundations, government stakeholders, and development partners.
- Support in developing and converting CSR opportunities into funded projects.
- Represent Child Help Foundation at CSR forums, conferences, networking events, and donor meetings.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective CSR partners and funding opportunities.

2. Special Project Implementation – End-to-End
- Lead and coordinate special CSR and development projects from inception to completion.
