Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing Executive role based in Ghaziabad. The Sales Marketing Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing client relationships, and promote the company’s electrical and electronic products in target markets. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and executing market plans, coordinating sales visits and demonstrations, and supporting negotiations to close deals.



The role also involves developing marketing campaigns and materials, tracking sales and marketing performance, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies with production and customer requirements.
Qualifications

Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and implement effective promotional and growth strategies.
Market Research and analytical skills to assess customer needs, competitor activity, and industry trends.
Sales skills with a focus on lead generation, client engagement, and closing business opportunities.
Strong Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience in electrical/electronic products or industrial B2B sales is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad, travel to client locations as needed, and manage time independently.
