Role Description The Product Sales Specialist is a full time remote role responsible for driving adoption and growth of TickoraDesk’s platform among new and existing customers. Day-to-day activities include qualifying leads, delivering product demos, understanding customer needs, and positioning TickoraDesk’s solutions to address support and operational challenges. The role involves collaborating with customer success and marketing teams,



managing sales pipelines, preparing proposals, and supporting contract negotiations. The Product Sales Specialist will also track performance metrics, provide feedback on product improvements based on customer conversations, and contribute to sales strategies that expand market presence.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and concise written communication.
Customer Service and Account Management experience, with a focus on building long-term, trust-based relationships.
Sales and Sales Operations skills, including pipeline management, CRM usage, forecasting, and deal progression.
Proven ability to understand SaaS products and translate technical features into business value for customers.
Experience working in or with support, customer success, or operations teams is highly beneficial.
