Role Description This is a full time Travel Sales Consultant role based in Jamnagar, structured as a hybrid position with some work-from-home flexibility. The Travel Sales Consultant will assist customers with booking hotels, holidays, visas, flights, and cruises, providing tailored recommendations based on their needs. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, preparing travel itineraries and quotations, confirming reservations, and managing changes or cancellations. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in booking systems,



following up with clients, and supporting promotional campaigns and sales targets. Collaboration with colleagues and partners to ensure smooth service delivery and an excellent customer experience is essential.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and sales skills, including the ability to understand client needs and close bookings.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with clear spoken and written English and local language fluency.
Basic knowledge of travel products (hotels, flights, holidays, visas, cruises) and interest in the travel industry.
Comfort with computer-based work, including email, spreadsheets, and travel booking or CRM systems.
Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Jamnagar, manage time effectively, and handle multiple inquiries at once.
Attention to detail, reliability, and problem-solving skills when dealing with itinerary changes or customer issues.
