Role Description The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the site store in Barkagaon, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, tools, and equipment. This full-time, on-site role includes maintaining inventory records, monitoring stock levels, reconciling discrepancies, and coordinating with procurement and project teams to ensure timely availability of supplies. The Store Manager will implement and enforce store procedures,



maintain documentation and compliance records, and support audits. The role also involves supervising store staff, promoting protected material handling practices, and contributing to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and cost control.
