We are hiring a phone-focused Lead Generation / Sales Development Representative to generate qualified discovery meetings and sales appointments.

Research and identify target accounts and decision-makers.

Execute high-volume outbound cold-calling campaigns.

Manage follow-up calls and outreach sequences.

Schedule qualified discovery meetings for the sales team.

Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales engagement tools.

Strong cold-calling and phone communication skills.

Experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or sales development.

Ability to identify, qualify, and nurture opportunities within target accounts.

Experience engaging enterprise or complex B2B buyers is preferred.
