About the Role:

The “Director” will be responsible and accountable for providing leadership to achieve the vision of the institute and organization through strategic insights, meticulous planning and execution of strategic plan, achievement of targets and establishing a sustainable financial model.

Job Responsibilities:

Institution Building & Administrative:

Responsible and accountable for development of 3-5 years perspective plan based on SWOT of the institute and vision in conjunction with Management
Development of plan/strategy in line with perspective plan and cascade the same to teams
Sustain a culture signifying ethos and values of the Institute.
Enhance Institute’s visibility through various external and internal initiatives.
Responsible for P&L; of all the courses / programs in the campus. Financial planning and cost management.
Mentor the leadership team i.e. Directors / HOD
