Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a GDS Reservations & Ticketing skilled. The role involves handling flight and other travel bookings through Global Distribution Systems (GDS), issuing and reissuing tickets, processing cancellations, and managing schedule changes in line with airline and agency policies. The team member will respond to customer and partner inquiries, provide accurate fare quotes, and ensure all travel documents are complete and compliant. Daily tasks include maintaining reservation records,



coordinating with airlines and suppliers, and resolving booking-related issues promptly. The position requires close collaboration with colleagues in sales and customer support to deliver efficient and courteous service.

Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) and hands-on experience with reservations and ticketing workflows.
Knowledge of airline fare rules, ticket issuance and reissuance, cancellations, refunds, and basic IATA and airline regulations.
Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle queries and resolve issues professionally.
Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong organizational skills for managing multiple bookings and deadlines.
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, collaborate effectively with team members, and adapt to a fast-paced travel operations environment.
