Role Description The Data Analyst role at Effulgent Inc is a remote, contract position responsible for turning complex data into clear, actionable insights for internal teams and clients. Day-to-day tasks include collecting, cleaning, and validating data from multiple sources, building reports and dashboards, and performing statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. The Data Analyst will develop and refine data models,



support data-driven decision-making, and collaborate with stakeholders to understand business questions and translate them into analytical solutions. This role also involves documenting methodologies, presenting findings in a clear and accessible way, and contributing to continuous improvement of analytics processes and tools.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex data sets and support business decisions.
Proficiency in data analytics and data modeling, including experience with tools such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Solid foundation in statistics, including hypothesis testing, descriptive and inferential analysis, and understanding of data quality principles.
