Role Description The BIM Modeler is a full-time, in office role based in Noida, responsible for developing and managing detailed Building Information Models for architecture, MEP, and construction projects. Day-to-day work includes creating and updating BIM models,



preparing and coordinating construction drawings, and ensuring that models accurately reflect design intent and engineering specifications. The role involves collaborating closely with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers to resolve design conflicts, maintain model consistency, and support project documentation. The BIM Modeler will also assist in quality checks, adhere to company BIM standards, and contribute to improving workflows and templates for more efficient project delivery.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM), including hands-on experience with leading BIM software tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks or equivalent).
