Role Description The Unit Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for leading and managing a team of advisors to achieve sales and business targets for life insurance products. Day-to-day responsibilities include recruiting, training,



and mentoring team members; monitoring performance and guiding them to meet individual and unit-level goals; and ensuring adherence to company processes and compliance standards. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, conducting regular client meetings, and promoting suitable insurance and investment solutions aligned with customer needs. The Unit Manager will collaborate with branch and regional leadership, prepare periodic reports, and contribute to local marketing and business development initiatives to grow the unit’s portfolio.
Qualifications
