The Role
We build and scale premium consumer brands, several of them founder-led, where a single expert personality carries the brand's authority and voice.
We're looking for someone who lives and breathes social media across every platform who thinks in content strategy rather than posting schedules, and can turn a founder's expertise into content people actually stop for.
You'll own organic content and run paid campaigns alongside it. Strategy, priorities, and budget direction come from our side; you bring the platform knowledge and the execution.
What You'll Do
Organic
Build and drive the social strategy across all our channels : Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and whatever we move into next
Concept content hands-on: reels, shorts, carousels, long-form video, live formats, written posts
Work platform-native - each channel gets content built for it, not one idea recycled five times
Run the content calendar with our Project Manager, and handle community management and brand voice across channels

Execute paid social campaigns across platforms current focus is LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and TikTok Ads
Concept and produce ad creative: hooks, angles, scripts, and formats
Spot organic content worth amplifying and turn it into paid assets
Work with our paid media specialist, who leads on overall paid strategy and account structure
Track performance across organic and paid, report clearly, and feed learnings back into the content plan
Brand
Keep founder narratives, tone of voice, and visual consistency intact across every touchpoint
Support the wider team on launches, campaigns, and brand projects as they come up
What You Bring
Must have
3+ years in social media or content marketing
Deep, hands-on command of all major social platforms you know what works where and why, and can build a strategy for any of them
Hands-on experience running paid social campaigns setup, targeting, ad formats, creative. LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok matter most to us
