Role Description
The Freelance Marketing Manager is a full-time, in office role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that build awareness, market adoption, and employer engagement for the Labour Certification Program.
Day-to-day responsibilities include developing employer-focused marketing strategies, conducting market research, identifying target industries and potential employer segments, managing digital and offline marketing initiatives, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and tracking campaign performance.
