Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Ahmedabad. The specialist will identify recent business opportunities, generate leads, and manage the sales pipeline for thermal insulation and packaging solutions. Daily activities include meeting with clients, understanding technical requirements, preparing quotations, and negotiating contracts. The role involves executing marketing initiatives, supporting promotional campaigns, conducting product presentations,



and training customers or internal teams on product features. The specialist will maintain strong customer relationships, ensure timely follow-ups, and collaborate with production and logistics teams to support order fulfillment and after-sales service.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth and manage accounts.
Candidates should possess Training abilities to deliver product demos, presentations, and knowledge sessions to customers and team members.
Knowledge of industrial or packaging products, especially insulation or laminated materials, is beneficial.
Experience in B2B sales, export markets, or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
