Role: Genesys Cloud Engineer
Location: Delhi & Hyderabad
Contract

Must-Have
• Advanced Genesys Cloud administration: organizations/divisions, queues, skills, RBAC, permissions and audit logging
• Genesys Architect flow operations: IVR, routing, business hours, language/skill/priority routing and emergency routing
• Digital channel and agent-experience troubleshooting
• Genesys WEM, quality, recording, dashboards and analytics operations
• Integration troubleshooting with ServiceNow, Salesforce, Dynamics or custom APIs
• SSO/MFA, OAuth/API clients, audit logs, fraud/toll-risk controls and SIEM log forwarding awareness
• Incident, problem, change, release and RCA management
Positive-to-Have
• Genesys Cloud CX certifications
• Interaction analytics, transcription/topic/sentiment operations experience
• SIP/telephony knowledge for Genesys voice flows
• Data export/BI integration experience
• Regulated enterprise or pharma experience.
