Role Overview





We are seeking a energetic and experienced Cluster Executive / Assistant Manager – Human Resource to manage HR operations across multiple properties within our Uttarakhand cluster. This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong hospitality experience who can effectively manage end-to-end HR functions while partnering with hotel leadership to build an engaged and high-performing workforce.

As this is a Cluster role, the selected candidate will be required to travel regularly across assigned properties to support HR operations, ensure policy compliance, and drive employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and induction.
* Oversee attendance management, leave administration, payroll inputs, employee documentation, and HR records.
* Ensure compliance with company HR policies, labour laws, and statutory regulations.
* Support performance management, talent development, succession planning, and employee
