Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:
Assist in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling,



and feedback collection.
Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics and pre-employment requirements such as reporting emails, document collection, and data management.

Employee Onboarding:
Collaborate with the team to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met.

HR Operations:
Support the end-to-end employee life cycle operations.
Help manage employee documents, ensuring compliance with legal and organisational
requirements.
Assist with change management through the HR systems
HR data management and creation of a talent management data deck
Managing and maintaining various HR data reports

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous internship experience in talent acquisition, HR coordination, HRIS management,
