We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead the next stage of growth, performance and capability across our Marketing function.

Eduget Global is an international education consultancy supporting students across multiple markets with study-abroad, admissions and related education services.

Your canvas is bigger than one brand. While the role sits within Eduget Global, you will help shape marketing across a growing portfolio spanning international education, immigration and workforce solutions, with activity across India, Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines.

We are looking for someone who has built and executed marketing before leading it. Someone who understands the machinery behind marketing, knows what drives performance, can see where the next opportunity sits, and has the judgement to evolve campaigns, channels, teams and strategy as the business grows.

This is hands-on leadership in the truest sense. You take the time to understand the business, the markets,



the team and what is already working, then set the direction and stay close enough to the work to help move it forward. You know when to lead from the front, when to coach, and when to let positive specialists do what they do best.
What You Will Own
As Head of Marketing, you will lead the performance and continued development of the Marketing function across:
Marketing strategy, planning and go-to-market direction
Growth, lead generation and customer acquisition
Digital and performance marketing
Tele-Marketing, CRM and funnel performance
Brand positioning, content, SEO and organic growth
Campaigns, events and institutional partnerships
Marketing budgets, analytics and ROI
Leadership and development of a multidisciplinary Marketing team
Alignment with Operations, regional teams and wider business priorities
Marketing support for new services, markets and emerging business initiatives
