We are looking for a creative qualified with around 2+ years of experience in
graphic design, branding, and digital communication. You should be comfortable
translating ideas into compelling visual content while working closely with
multiple stakeholders. Alongside strong design fundamentals, you should be
naturally curious about emerging creative technologies, including AI-assisted
features, and enjoy experimenting with new ways of working.
The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership of assigned projects,
understands brand consistency, and enjoys balancing creativity with business
needs.The candidate should be comfortable exploring modern creative workflows,
including AI-assisted features available in tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud
applications. Familiarity with other creative platforms is welcome, but more
important than proficiency in any specific AI tool is a willingness to learn,
experiment, and continuously discover better ways of creating engaging visual
content. You will work closely with our internal branding, communications,
hiring, and business teams to strategize, design, and execute content across
platforms, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and internal mailers.
