Job Description:

Scheduling & procuring -> Import & Domestic Material required for the manufacturing of Plastic Molded Modules.
• Planning to procure of Plastic & PU raw materials, Packing Boxes, chemicals Rubber and Raw Materials for
the manufacturing Components.
• Planning of Monthly production Qty’s, weekly Qty’s & Daily production Qty’s based on customer demand with respect to Tool
Capacity & Line Capacities).
• Material Requirement planning (MRP-I), Material Resource Planning (MRP-II) for all the required material, Yearly, Monthly,
weekly & on daily basis to ensure Right quality product at Right price & at Right Time.
• Cost Saving initiatives through alternate sourcing, negotiation.
• Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
• Import consignment clearances & documents arrangement as per requirement.
• Preparing Purchase budget Monthly & Yearly basis.
• Inventory Management, carry out Spend Analysis & Account Reconciliation by settling various disputes.




• Preparing Supply Contract with suppliers & follow up for timely removal of goods.
• Co-ordinate with internal team of Production, Quality & R&D; Dept. to ensure flawless launch of Recent Product & smooth
functioning of Production related activities on day-to-day basis as well as on project basis.
• New Project Evaluation by Analyzing Spare Machine Capacity, Tool Capacity, Risk Analysis & Profit.
• Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliances in all the procurement transactions.
• Execute the target of work as per plan.
• Vendors Quality Audit as per Annual Audit schedule.
• Conduct Suppliers trainings for improve their ratings

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Candidates Must be diploma mechnical / B.tech Mechanical with 12-15 Year Experience in Procurement of comodity materials

with Good communication skills

Good Knowledge of ERP And SAP
