Job Description:

The Compliance Analyst will: • Be highly familiar with Company's business, clients, work product, compliance policies & procedures, and workflows • Be familiar with concerns around MNPI and Defamation • Provide nuanced, comprehensive reviews of company's work product (interview transcripts) to assist in developing / testing / validating AI review tools, confirm AI generated risk scores, verify AI-assisted curing of potential defamatory statements, provide a human layer of review for content flagged by the AI review tools and clear, research, cure, or escalate interviews accordingly. • Be part of a compliance team based in Europe and the US Key Skills • Enjoys learning new skills,
