Job Description:

? Should be a commerce graduate with first class
? Any professional qualification like PGDMM/MM and other relevant will be an added
advantage
? Well versed with entire material movement cycle from PR to Consumption
? Should be direct employee of his present organization
? Ability to supervise, optimize and control resources
? Having basic technical knowledge of engineering materials
? Well versed with finished goods cycle from Production to Dispatch
? Having knowledge of export documentations includes Invoices, VGM, E-way bill, updation of
shipping bill with RFID seal
? Should be direct employee of his present organization
? Familiar with environment, Safety, ISO, regulations related to dispatch operation.
? Ability to supervise, optimize and control resources

To ensure & execute - Scrap Receiving from
Plant, Disposal , Invoicing , Recording,
Accounting and MIS as per SOP

1. Ensure receipt, acknowledged, storing,
disposal and accounting operations in SAP.
2. Preparation of Scrap Invoice, Accounting and
reconciliation for consumption, scrap
generation and disposal.




3. Physical verification between Physical and
book stock – coordinate with security and
Accounts departments.
4. Make scrap contract and sales order to
execute scrap sales as per defined SOP.
5. Liquidate all the types of scrap as per GPCB,
environment and safety norms
6.Periodic reconciliation of stock with book and
balance between buyers and finance team.

To execute smooth Operations of Waste Tow
and Accounting.

1. Ensure proper segregation of Waste Tow
received from process department, washed and
drying day today generated tow.
2. Closely monitor tow washing and drying
operation and ensure all generated waste tow
get washed and dried.
3. Inform and coordinate with marketing for
dispose-off available stock.
4. Ensure secure operation of scrap and tow yard
and upkeep all equipment by ensuring timely
preventive maintenance for safe operation.
