Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Communications Specialist to develop compelling visual content that effectively communicates the company’s brand, design philosophy, projects, and marketing initiatives. The role involves creating high-quality presentations, graphic content, branding materials, digital communication assets, and visual storytelling solutions aligned with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate should possess robust graphic design, presentation, branding, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into visually engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Communication & Branding
• Develop visually compelling communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual communication platforms and materials.
• Create and manage brand presentations, pitch decks, brochures, portfolios, and corporate communication assets.
• Design marketing collaterals including flyers, banners, social media creatives, newsletters, and event materials.





Presentation & Pitch Support
• Create high-impact client presentations, competition entries, and design pitch documents.
• Support leadership teams with visually engaging business proposals and presentation materials.
• Translate technical/design concepts into easy-to-understand visual narratives.

Digital & Creative Content
• Develop graphics, infographics, animations, and visual storytelling content.
• Assist in creating content for websites, social media platforms, and digital campaigns.
• Coordinate photography, videography, and project documentation for marketing purposes.

Design Coordination
• Work closely with architecture, interior design, marketing, and business development teams.
• Support project teams in preparing presentation graphics, mood boards, and conceptual visualization materials.
• Coordinate with external vendors/agencies for printing and production requirements.
