Job Description:

1. Min 6 years experience in sales within the Dairy/ Animal Husbandry/ Agri sectors or any other industry.
2. At least 1 year and above of leadership experience. Experience managing a team of 2 and above members.
3. Strong network in B2B with dairy associations and B2C with farmers and cattle owners.

Other Requirements
1. Should be ready to operate from Punjab location.
2. Should be ready to travel across Punjab
3. Must have positive presentation skills
4. Able to join at earliest.
5. Should have good connects with dairy cooperatives, dairy firms, farmers and Cattle owners.

Soft Skills
· Proficiency in Punjabi (Mandatory)
· Passionate about sales and self-driven.
· Strong leadership abilities.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
1. Set and achieve sales targets for new B2C client acquisitions
2. Develop and execute sales strategies and plans.
3. Manage customer relationships.
4. Conduct customer training and share educative knowledge.
