We seek an experienced IT Director to spearhead strategic technology initiatives, foster innovation and drive business growth through effective IT governance. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ITES, exceptional leadership skills and expertise in navigating digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
- Develop, implement and maintain IT strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and technology trend assessments.
- Establish IT policies, procedures and standards.
Infrastructure and Operations
- Oversee IT infrastructure (networks, servers, databases, cybersecurity and cloud services).
- Ensure system uptime, performance and scalability.
- Manage IT service management frameworks (ITIL) and best practices.
Digital Transformation
- Drive business growth through technology innovation, digitalization and process automation.
- Identify opportunities for AI, machine learning and data analytics applications.
Leadership and Collaboration
- Lead,
mentor and develop high-performing IT teams.
- Foster collaboration, innovation and continuous learning.
- Engage stakeholders on IT strategies, plans and progress.
Vendor and Risk Management
- Negotiate contracts and partnerships with IT vendors.
- Ensure compliance, data security and business continuity.
- Manage risk mitigation strategies and disaster recovery plans.
Financial Management
- Develop, manage and optimize IT budgets.
- Ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI on IT investments.
Requirements
Essential
- 10+ years of IT leadership experience in ITES or related industries.
- Solid IT service management knowledge (ITIL certification desirable).
- Experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure), cybersecurity and data analytics.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
