Key Responsibilities: Construction
- Development Planning: You would be responsible for collaborating with the development manager company to create a comprehensive development plan. This includes defining project objectives, identifying target markets, conducting feasibility studies, and developing a strategic approach to meet the developer's goals.
- Budget and Financial Management: You would work closely with the development manager company to establish project budgets and financial plans. This includes conducting financial analysis, monitoring costs, managing cash flows, and ensuring adherence to the developer's financial objectives throughout the project.
- Project coordination: You would oversee the coordination and integration of various project activities, including design, permitting, construction, and marketing. This involves working closely with the development manager and coordinating with architects,
engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of the development plan.
- Contract and Vendor Management: You would be responsible for reviewing and negotiating contracts with consultants, contractors, and vendors on behalf of the developer. This includes ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, managing contract deliverables, and resolving any contractual issues or disputes that may arise during the development process.
