We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations across Singapore and Malaysia. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, statutory compliance, payroll vendor management, tax reporting, audit support, and payroll-related financial administration. The successful candidate will work closely with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to deliver seamless payroll services while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. About The role:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Malaysia employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payroll execution through external payroll vendors.
- Handle payroll activities for Singapore leavers, including full and final settlement calculations, off-cycle payments, and payroll adjustments.




- Validate and support statutory payroll compliance requirements, including CPF contributions, IR8A submissions for Singapore, and EA Form reporting for Malaysia.
- Coordinate with payroll vendors to process tax clearance (IR21) applications for foreign employees exiting the organization and ensure timely completion.
- Support annual payroll audits by preparing, validating, and providing payroll-related documentation and reports.
- Manage payroll-related invoices, reconciliations, and vendor payment processes across Singapore and Malaysia payroll operations.
- Ensure payroll data accuracy and compliance with local employment, tax, and statutory regulations.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and payroll vendors to resolve payroll queries and discrepancies in a timely manner.
