Roles and responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling,referrals, and market research.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs to offer suitable products.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals, balancing client needs with organizational interests to achieve sales targets.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, evaluate market gaps, and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Product Expertise: Possess deep knowledge of the manufacturing products to effectively advise clients.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and data analysis to management.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as technical and marketing departments,



to ensure client needs are met and to develop effective strategies.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in a CRM system.
- Event Participation: Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and generate leads.
- Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, complaints
