Experience: 2–3 years (mandatory U.S. bookkeeping experience)
Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month (negotiable)

Role Overview
This role requires a solid understanding of U.S. bookkeeping, month-end processes, and the ability to independently manage client accounts. The person should also be able to implement accounting systems, set up workflow structures, and review work performed by junior bookkeepers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily and weekly bookkeeping for U.S. clients
- Handle bank, credit card, and loan reconciliations
- Create and post journal entries, accruals, and corrections
- Set up and implement bookkeeping workflows, chart of accounts, and reporting structures for new clients
- Review bookkeeping done by junior staff and provide feedback
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable,
and vendor/client communication
- Assist with month-end close, including financials, lead schedules, and variance analysis
- Maintain and review the general ledger; ensure accuracy and completeness
- Prepare management reports for U.S. clients and CPA firms
- Coordinate with U.S. teams on updates and deliverables
Required Skills
- Inter CA / CA / EA / CPA – qualified or pursuing
- OR B.Com / M.Com graduate with strong U.S. bookkeeping experience
- Strong hands-on experience with U.S. bookkeeping
- Ability to review and guide junior bookkeepers
- Software Experience: QuickBooks, Xero, CCH Axcess, Lacerte
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
