Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage on-site construction activities.
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Monitor labor productivity and ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to safety norms and regulations on-site.
- Maintain daily site reports and progress updates.
- Check materials received on-site and ensure proper usage.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Assist in project planning and scheduling activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in construction site supervision (preferably in real estate projects).
- Good understanding of construction processes and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Basic knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
