Job Title: Production Supervisor / Junior Production Manager (TLT )

Location: Dasna (13 km from Ghaziabad towards Hapur (unit 1)

Experience: 10 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor / Junior Production Manager with a strong engineering background and hands-on exposure to Transmission Line Tower (TLT) / telecom infrastructure manufacturing. The role involves overseeing shop floor operations, ensuring efficient production, and maintaining quality standards across fabrication and galvanization processes for telecom/EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day production activities in fabrication and galvanization units

Ensure production targets are achieved as per planning schedules

Manage shop floor operations including manpower, machinery, and workflow

Coordinate with planning, procurement, and quality teams for smooth execution

Monitor production efficiency and minimize downtime

Ensure adherence to quality standards and client specifications





Implement safety practices and maintain compliance on the shop floor

Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage

Maintain production reports, daily MIS, and shift-wise performance tracking

Train and guide shop floor staff and operators

Required Skills & Competencies:

Solid knowledge of TLT

Experience in heavy fabrication, structural steel, and galvanization

Good understanding of production planning and execution

Leadership skills to manage teams and shop floor operations

Problem-solving ability and decision-making skills

Basic to advanced knowledge of Excel for reporting

Qualification:

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering

Preferred Industry Experience:

Transmission Line Tower (TLT) Manufacturing

Telecom Infrastructure / EPC

Structural Steel / Heavy Fabrication Industry
