About the Role

Role: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Experience: 9–11 Years

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the overall QA strategy, including test planning, risk assessment, and release quality gates.
- Analyze business requirements and user stories to design comprehensive test scenarios,



test cases, and test plans using QMetry or similar test management tools.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing across multiple applications.
- Build, maintain, and enhance robust test automation frameworks from scratch using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using Jira, and collaborate closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution and verification.
- Lead regression testing efforts to ensure new releases do not impact existing functionality.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning.
