Job Description:

Responsibility: • Developing and optimizing mining plans to ensure productive resource extraction while adhering to safety and environmental regulations. • Utilization of geological and geotechnical data to design mine layouts, schedules, and sequencing. • Determine optimal drilling and blasting methods to maximize ore recovery. Develop short-term and long-term production schedules to achieve production targets. • Optimize mine sequencing to balance ore quality and quantity over time. Recommend modifications to existing mine plans to optimize resource utilization. Contribute to feasibility studies by providing technical and commercial input on mine planning and scheduling.



• Analyze project proposals to assess their viability and potential economic returns Collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to project feasibility studies. • Work like a team member/ team leader, as and when required and display skills in terms of working as a team. • Contribute to firm’s growth, by contributing in developing proposals and responding to RFPs/ Tenders. Qualification: Bachelor’s and/ or Master’s Degree in Mining Engineering or related field. Proven experience in mine planning and scheduling for OC/UG Mining in Coal/Metal. Proficiency in mine planning software and tools preferably MINEX & SURPAC. Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in mining. Understanding of the regulatory and policy regime in the Indian mining and metals sectors.
