Key Responsibilities
- Applies strong functional knowledge and elicitation techniques necessary to draw out data and analytics business requirements completely and accurately from stakeholders.
- Performs requirements planning, monitoring and requirements management.
- Performs data analysis, data discovery and data profiling using industry standard querying tools (SQL) to support business requirements development that are complete, clear, unambiguous, well written and appropriate to the audience.
- Maintains data mapping documents, bus matrix and/or other data design artifacts that define business data requirements and transformation rules.
- Leverage generative AI insights for business analysis by understanding enterprise-grade GenAI pipelines,



prompt engineering techniques, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts to support data-driven decision-making.
- Apply advanced data strategies through awareness of vector and graph databases, unstructured data processing, and optimization approaches to enhance analytics and reporting capabilities.
- Enable intelligent workflows by incorporating agentic AI concepts and emerging technologies into business processes, ensuring scalable and cutting-edge solutions for complex data challenges.
- Collaborate with high-performing teams, Product Owners, and business stakeholders
- Identifies choices and improvement opportunities to better align own work with the direction and strategic priorities of the broader organization.
- Ability to operate successfully in a lean and fast-paced organization, leveraging Scaled Agile principles and ways of working.
