Job Overview:
We are looking for a agile and customer-focused Store Sales Executive with experience in the metal industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, generating sales, and maintaining strong client relationships at the store level.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend and assist walk-in customers at the store
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable metal products
Generate sales and achieve monthly targets
Maintain product knowledge of metal materials (e.g., steel, pipes, sheets, etc.)
Handle billing, invoicing, and basic documentation
Maintain stock records and coordinate with warehouse/inventory team
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
Ensure proper display and cleanliness of the store
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of metal products and industry
Sales-oriented mindset with negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge (billing/invoicing software, MS Excel)
Ability to handle customers professionally
Eligibility Criteria:
1–2 years of experience in metal industry sales/store handling
Graduate or relevant experience preferred
Local candidates from Ahmedabad preferred
